  • Thur, 6 May: Rest, no training
  • Fri, 7 May: No training
  • Sat, 8 May: No training
  • Sun, 9 May: 15.5km on Tampines Ave 5, Pasir Ris Park, Bedok Reservoir route
Total mileage: 32.5km of running
Feeling: Pain
